Ah, high school. The dreaded contest of who’s popular and who’s not. Nerds and jocks. Cheerleaders and the Math Team. We’ve moved beyond all that. What matters is what’s inside, that you are a decent, honest, caring, self-actualized member of society.

Who are we kidding? We want to be popular! We lie awake at night, tossing and turning, our mind racing, because we’re not sure if you really like us. You do really like us, don’t you? Even though we talk about ourselves in the first person plural?
