Talk about unusual travel news: a passenger on a cross-country JetBlue flight has reportedly filed a lawsuit claiming he was instructed by the flight’s pilot to give his seat to a flight attendant, only to discover his new seat was actually in the lavatory instead. The lawsuit alleges that the flight attendant was uncomfortable in the employee-only jump seat and was moved to a real seat at the passenger’s expense.

How odd is this story? There’s something pretty fishy about the whole thing. I’m not even sure I believe it happened.
